Shipping Policy

Covid-19 Update

Due to the ongoing pandemic we’re experiencing delays with delivery of our products. We’re doing everything we can to ensure your goods are delivered as soon as is practicable. 

We appreciate your patience and assistance in working through these unusual times with us. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post, Air and international courier services.


All prices on this site are inclusive of Australian tax. Cost of shipping will be calculated upon checkout based on your location, weight of goods ordered and amount of goods purchased.

For international orders (outside of Australia), customers should understand and are responsible for settlement of any and all fees associated with import duties in your country, state or territory. Mac and Mroc retain no responsibility for lost or undelivered items internationally.

For orders made within Australia and New Zealand, deliveries are generally furnished within five working days. For International orders please allow up to twenty one days.

Also, please note that further delays may be experienced due to the COVID-19 situation in your area.

Return & Exchange Policy

Whilst we endeavour to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers, we advise choosing carefully when purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 


As all individuals are unique, it is highly recommended that all our customers test patch our products prior to use, especially for those who have sensitive skin or may be prone to allergic reactions. We cannot be held responsible for any customers who may experience a reaction, we also cannot guarantee that customers will not experience a reaction.


We do offer an exchange on items that are defective or that have arrived damaged. To receive an exchange, the item must be unopened and be in its original packaging. 

We do not offer cash refunds.


Please provide us with a photograph of the damaged product via email to within 5 working days of receiving your purchase. You will receive an email response to notify you whether your return has been approved.


Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on used or opened products. 


For damaged products, we will accept returns of the unopened item provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the post, so please return at your own risk. 


Please note that shipping costs for the original purchase will not be refunded and the postage cost of returning the item will be at your expense. The exchange/replacement item will be sent to you at no extra cost.
